• Build strong customer relationshipsthrough effective account managementand by provide right solutions to meet the customer’s need.
• Plan and schedule
customer visit so as to collect analyze and review customer feedback on product and services and improve territory and customer coverage activity.
• Ensure timely execution of customer commitments and the highest level of customer satisfaction through customer relationships and interactions with business solutions group, service delivery team, and other related teams.
• Follow up leads contact client, conduct effective meetings
• Prepare & execute presentations
• Handle customer service
• Maintaining data base of clients

• Should have pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
• Candidate will work as the face of the company so should have desired confidence and good presentation skills.
• A friendly personality, capable of building strong relationships easily
• Strong Communication skills in both languages English & Hindi
