Should have 70% or above in all certificates and degrees

Understand OOPs concepts in Java.

Experience in J2EE/Eclipse/Struts/ Spring/Hibernate; iOS & Android is of added value
Good in aptitude & communication. & Good in analytical & logical reasoning.
