We are planning to hire Human Resources Executives (10) and Recruiters for our US operations. Job Profile: * Candidates will be well trained on HR process, guidelines and Methodology. * Will be given exposure to International markets and HR trends * Candidates will be working in US time zone (Night shifts) * Candidates to understand and analyze our clients manpower requirements * Identify the right Skill set through Job portals and networking. Mostly dealing with H1B, Green Card holders and US citizens * Will be a part of end to end recruitment cycle that includes identifying the right candidates for our clients job requirements, screen and analyze the candidate profile, schedule interviews, negotiate the pay and appointing him for a job at clients location. Desired Profile : * Candidates should have excellent communication skills. * Should have Positive attitude, Be Proactive, open to learn and be a good team player. * Should have passion to excel in Recruitment Industry * Preferably B.TECH/MBA/B.COM graduates. Other graduates may apply * Should be able to work in Night shifts. Timings from 7 PM to 4 PM.
