The Java/J2EE Developer will follow a detailed Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) methodology to write structured and well-documented code. In addition, the Java/J2EE Developer will interface with Business Analysts and Quality Assurance testers to develop test plans and produce scenarios and use cases for unit and system applications testing. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL OFFER US....

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience developing applications in a Java, Struts, J2EE with EJBs and Oracle database environment.
• Experience in complete SDLC on at least one project.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with Documentum is a plus.
• Experience with open source technologies such as Hibernate, Ajax is a plus.
